#3 Mini Firewood Shed

In this week’s video, I’m building a mini firewood shed to store my short-ends and wood scraps. I don’t have a wood burning fireplace or a wood stove but I do like to burn small amounts of wood in my patio fire pit.
When burning wood from your workshop, only burn natural, unfinished and untreated woods, e.i. cedar, dimensional lumber, fir etc. Never burn MDF, plywood, particle board or OSB.
Shed dimensions: 30” wide X 33” deep X 53” Tall with a 18° pitch for the roof.
You can easily clad this shed with one sheet of 4 X 8 foot Chalet board or a similar exterior cladding.

I show you In this video in detail how to build quick and easy folding saw horses in 20 minutes or less. These folding sawhorses are light to carry, easy to store away and super fast to set up and use. The best thing is that you can build these cheap using construction grade 3/4 inch plywood and an 2 8 foot 2X4s. You should be able to get two sets ( that’s 4 sawhorses ) out of it. It uses simple light door hinges and some cargo straps for hardware with four washers per sawhorse. These are plenty strong and will last a long time if you store them out of the rain and snow.
